How to Turn on Microphone on Msi Laptop

Follow these steps:

Press the Start key and type the word CMD or Powershell, right click on the command prompt and select Run as administrator, enter the following commands one by one followed by the Enter key:

•- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
•- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanu p-image /Restorehealth
•- DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
•- sfc /scannow

Thank you for the suggestion, but the mic still not working for now. any other suggestion you might have?

- Click on 'Update & Security'.
- Click on 'Troubleshoot'.
- Click on 'Playing audio'.
- Click on 'Run the troubleshooter'.

You can also update the audio drivers.

Is the playing audio have a correlation to the mic? anyways the troubleshooter said that "audio service not responding". I also already updated the audio drivers still nothing on the mic.

I recommend that you repair Windows completely before you must make a backup of your personal files, third-party software will be removed. Here the link to download the Windows ISO.

I already reset windows (clean install) and also "repair upgrade" using the creation tool, still there's no fix to it. Is there any way that windows could interfere the mic (other than the privacy stuff)? i don't really know how to fix this issue anymore.
